Setting:
A distant planet named Aetheron The Tornado 9000, a place where ancient magic coexists with highly advanced technology. Enormous, glittering cities hover above lush, wild forests and vast, shimmering deserts. Mysterious artifacts of an ancient civilization are hidden throughout the land, each holding powers that are both wondrous and dangerous.
Main Character: Sheera
Sheera is in his late 20s, with an athletic build and a quick, observant mind. He’s a former scavenger, known for his skills in deciphering ancient relics, often selling these secrets to shady buyers. But he has a hidden past—he’s actually the lost heir of Aetheron’s ruling family, his memories wiped by a powerful enemy when he was a child. Despite his heritage, he’s reluctant to embrace any notion of royalty, preferring to remain an anonymous adventurer.
Sheera is sarcastic but driven by an unspoken sense of justice. His main flaw? He’s a bit too cynical, not fully trusting anyone—even those who want to help him.
Plot:
Act 1: The Lost Heir
- Opening Scene: Sheera is deep in a dangerous forest, scavenging for a powerful relic said to have been used by the mythical Guardians of Aetheron. A band of mercenaries confronts him, claiming he’s not just a scavenger but the missing prince and rightful heir. Sheera dismisses this as nonsense, fighting them off and narrowly escaping.
- Inciting Incident: Sheera accidentally activates the relic he was seeking. It shows him a vision of a ruined kingdom and a face—his own—standing at the forefront of the chaos. He also catches a glimpse of the enemy: a masked figure known only as the Void Sovereign who is planning to take control of Aetheron by awakening dark, ancient powers.
Act 2: Awakening the Past
- New Allies: Sheera is found by Lira, a rogue Guardian with a dry sense of humor, and Kael, a young engineer with a knack for creating devices that blend magic and tech. They convince him to travel with them to Sanctum Obsidian, a hidden city where the last of the Guardians reside.
- Challenges: Along the journey, Sheera learns bits of his past and begins to see flashes of his true heritage. He struggles between denying this part of himself and feeling a growing responsibility to save Aetheron. Lira and Kael push him to confront his destiny, but Sheera resists, questioning if he’s truly capable of standing up to someone as powerful as the Void Sovereign.
Act 3: The Siege of Aetheron
- The Final Confrontation: The Void Sovereign attacks Sanctum Obsidian with an army of Shadow Drones. Sheera is forced to confront the Sovereign and learns the truth—this masked tyrant is actually his uncle, who erased Sheera’s memories to seize the throne. Sheera must choose: continue living in obscurity or embrace his lineage and fight.
- Climactic Battle: Sheera and his allies unleash the powers of the Guardians’ relics. Using a combination of Kael’s tech and Lira’s spells, they battle the Void Sovereign. In a final face-off, Sheera manages to destroy the mask, exposing his uncle's face and revealing the true lineage that binds them.
Resolution:
- Restoring Aetheron: With the Void Sovereign defeated, Sheera is accepted as the rightful heir. Though he feels unworthy of the throne, he vows to restore peace and protect Aetheron. He chooses to rule with Lira and Kael at his side, promising not to be a ruler of power but a guardian of balance.
Sample Opening Scene:
The screen opens on a misty forest, thick and almost otherworldly. Strange, luminous plants pulse softly in the dark as Sheera crouches near an ancient artifact half-buried in the dirt.
Sheera
(grinning as he brushes dirt off the relic)
"Well, look at you. Must be worth at least a month’s food. Maybe even a vacation."
Suddenly, he hears footsteps. A group of mercenaries led by a scarred, imposing figure known as Rago approaches, weapons drawn.
Rago
"Sheera, you’re more valuable than the junk you dig up. Word has it you’re the lost prince of Aetheron."
Sheera
(chuckling as he pockets the relic)
"Prince? Sorry, you’ve got the wrong guy. I’m just a scavenger with a knack for avoiding trouble."
He turns to leave but is cut off. With a smirk, he pulls a small device from his belt, tossing it to the ground. It emits a blinding flash, giving Sheera the chance to escape into the forest, leaving the mercenaries confused and furious.
Scene fades as Sheera disappears into the dense mist, a look of determination on his face.
